Gender Identity
Gender identity is a person’s deeply felt sense of being male, female, both, neither, or somewhere along the gender spectrum.
It may or may not align with the sex assigned at birth. Exploring or expressing your gender identity can be a complex and emotional process, sometimes involving stress, anxiety, or fear of misunderstanding or discrimination.
Psychotherapy provides a safe, non-judgemental space to explore feelings, understand your identity, and navigate social or relational challenges.
With support, you can build confidence, self-acceptance, and a sense of alignment between who you are and how you live.
