Dr Andrew Simonton is a Counselling Psychologist and a Chartered Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), with extensive experience supporting both adults and adolescents.
Andrew’s therapeutic approach is grounded in a humanistic philosophy and draws primarily from Person-Centred Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
He has specific experience working with a range of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, loss and bereavement, academic and work-related stress, low mood, and relationship difficulties.
