I hold a Master’s in Psychotherapy, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and a Diploma in Criminal Psychology. As a fully accredited member of IACP, I work through an integrative lens using humanistic and psychodynamic approaches. My practice welcomes diversity in identity and experience, offering a non-judgemental space for those navigating trauma, loss, stigma, challenging life transitions or psychological and emotional blocks. I support clients in exploring meaning, relationships, sexuality, and self-understanding with empathy and curiosity. Committed to ongoing learning, I aim to foster healing and growth through reflection, acceptance, and authentic human connection.
